Girls Program

The Mission of Framingham Youth Lacrosse – Girls Program, is to make a positive impact on our players by teaching the game of lacrosse in a fun and supportive environment.  We offer opportunities for girls age K – 8th grade.  We encourage girls new to the sport to try at any age.  Please join us!

Our program has different age/grade divisions: K, 1/2, 3/4, 5/6 & 7/8.

FYL Girls Program is a member of the FOUNDERS GIRLS LACROSSE LEAGUE (FGLL)

Teams

Teams:

If there are multiple teams at the age group, the teams will be balanced teams of equal ability for spring competition.  This is a mandate of the FGLL.

Select Teams:

In the spring there is an additional opportunity to play in the FGLL Select games.  This is a try-out based team of the strongest players in the age group.  This team competes against other select programs on Friday nights during the spring season.  Occasionally due to numbers, interest and skill, the team may combine with a neighboring town.  Select players must also play on the Sunday teams.
